About your role:

We are seeking a Director, Global Ad Operations to lead and grow our global Ad Operations and Ad Quality Control teams.  This position will be based out of our NY or SF and require strong leadership, 8+ years of digital media experience, including building successful teams, and a passion for mentoring individuals through career growth.  While overseeing the day-to-day operational activities (inventory availability, reservations, contract and order management, ad campaign implementation, deal stewardship and analysis, inventory issue resolution, campaign reporting, workflow processes related to fulfillment and sales and client support) this person will also be responsible for implementing and managing processes that reduce operating costs while protecting revenue and improving speed and efficiency across operations.

The Global Director, Ad Operations should be able to navigate setting department strategy, implement successful change management and technically spearhead ad operations.  This person will develop and drive creative solutions to deliver results for our global sales team and customers and revenue growth for our fast-growing business.
