The World Cup isn’t the only event where two nations are going head-to-head. In the comedy Super Troopers 2, relations between the U.S. and Canada are put to the test.
Due to a mapping error, a town believed to be part of Canada actually lies within the United States’ border.
Six Vermont State troopers (Jay Chandreshekar, Paul Soter, Steve Lemme, Erik Stolhanske, Kevin Hefferener and Brian Cox) are deployed to the town to help the populace transition from Canadian citizenry to an Amerian one.
Naturally, the natives are restless and object to the change, so the troopers resort to intimidation and force to get them to comply.
FANDOM’s Clarke Wolfe sat down with the cast of Super Troopers 2 — all of whom are American — and tested their knowledge of common Canadian brands.
The guys got a softball (or should we say soft puck?) at first but things got progressively harder and harder.
