Super Bowl LII was fairly uneventful, but the Super Bowl commercials were pretty entertaining. Here are the five funniest Super Bowl commercials that aired during the game.
It’s a Tide Ad
In this meta ad, Stranger Things star David Harbour appears in a series of Super Bowl tropes (the car ad, the beer ad, etc.). But it ends up being an ad for Tide. Hopefully this will distract audiences from the recent Tide Pod eating viral challenge.
Big Game of Thrones
There were numerous Game of Thrones/medieval-inspired ads. But the best one featured GoT star Peter Dinklage spitting Busta Rhymes lyrics, followed by Morgan Freeman rapping Missy Elliot.
They even had the artists do a reaction video to the viral spot.
Vikings!
In another medieval-inspired commercial, a group of Vikings make their way to the big game in Minneapolis, only to get diverted last minute. The commercial is hilarious set along to Queen’s “We Will Rock You.”

A celebrity star-studded Amazon commercial imagines a world where the company’s popular Alexa device loses her voice. Watch for cameos from Cardi B., Rebel Wilson, and more.
