‘Stardew Valley’ Coming to Consoles in Holiday 2016

The indie breakout farming simulator Stardew Valley will make the jump to consoles by the end of the year, Microsoft announced during its E3 2016 press conference today. Originally released on PC to widespread acclaim in February, Stardew Valley will see release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U.
