Need more Dwayne Johnson in your life? Skyscraper is going to have you covered. The action star has a new big-budget thriller coming out and we’ve got the trailer to prove it.

The Towering Inferno

Disaster movies are a good staple for blockbuster audiences. Skyscraper definitely looks like it’s going to scratch that itch. There’s also a little bit of Die Hard going on in this flick. That is never a bad thing to have in your movie. And Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is always charming to see in a flick. That prosthetic leg looks like it’s going to give him some serious trouble. Here’s hoping he uses it as a weapon at some point.

From the official synopsis:

Global icon Dwayne Johnson leads the cast of Legendary’s Skyscraper as former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader and U.S. war veteran Will Ford, who now assesses security for skyscrapers. On assignment in China he finds the tallest, safest building in the world suddenly ablaze, and he’s been framed for it. A wanted man on the run, Will must find those responsible, clear his name and somehow rescue his family who is trapped inside the building…above the fire line.

Sounds like fun! A giant disaster movie with a little bit of mystery and intrigue? Sold!

Skyscraper will open in theaters on July 13.
