Logan, the latest film in the X-Men franchise, is set in the far future of the alternate timeline established in X-Men: Days of Future Past. It tells what happens when an aged Logan and Professor Charles Xavier are reunited after the emergence of a young girl who is strangely similar to Wolverine.
