With E3 wrapped, it’s now time to spend the next few months eagerly awaiting all the amazing games we saw. It was a hell of a show for PC gamers, with a ton of games to be excited for: shooters, RPGs, samurai games, racers  — practically every genre got love with an amazing title on the horizon. Check out the five PC games we’re most psyched to play.

Cyberpunk 2077

CD Projekt Red’s mysterious new RPG Cyberpunk 2077 was mostly hidden at E3, but the teaser trailer and second-hand accounts of the game were enough to get gamers in a hyped frenzy. This futuristic crime drama narrative is a big departure from the Witcher series the devs are known for, but we can’t wait to see their take on an epic sci-fi RPG.

Fallout 76

Fallout 76 Power Armor Pose

A new Fallout game is always at the top of the list for certain fans, and while we love the series, it felt like it needed to evolve a bit. But with Fallout 76 we’re seeing that evolution. With its new multiplayer elements, Fallout 76 is taking the camaraderie and teamwork elements of our favorite games like Destiny and putting it into one of the best RPG series of all time.

DOOM Eternal

The reboot to the DOOM series breathed hellish life into one of the most beloved, and controversial game franchises of all time. It’s fitting that a sequel to the reboot reimagines some of the original DOOM 2’s elements, like the portals to hell being opened on Earth, and making the horrors within a lot more personal and impactful. Plus it’s just so much fun to obliterate hellspawn.

Anthem

Anthem BioWare

We’ve been waiting a long time for BioWare to fully show off Anthem, and we’re more excited than ever. Feeling like a mix of Destiny and Monster Hunter, the world of Anthem is just begging to be explored. It’s also a new direction for BioWare as a developer, and this game is eschewing some of the trappings the studio has been known for, while still making a narrative driven, character-focused story, that will probably make us get a bit teary-eyed at some point.

Metro Exodus

Metro Exodus

The Metro series is known for tight, almost claustrophobic level design, and it’s one of the best there is at tense first-person gameplay. But we’re really excited to finally head out of Moscow, into the broader world. The massive levels of Metro Exodus stand out in stark contrast with the first two games, creating an exciting new adventure.

That only scratches the surface, there were a ton of awesome games for 2018 and beyond. For more on these and every other PC game you’re looking forward to, keep checking FANDOM.
