If you’re a fan of fending off zombie hordes, Microsoft’s E3 2016 press conference had you covered. In addition to unveiling Capcom’s Dead Rising 4, Microsoft also announced State of Decay 2, a sequel to the Xbox Live Arcade game originally released back in June 2013. State of Decay 2 will amplify the genre mashup featured in the first game — which combined survival horror, stealth, role-playing, exploration, scavenging, and more — with the addition of online, cooperative gameplay.

How that cooperative action plays out is teased in this trailer reveal:

State of Decay 2 is due out sometime in 2017 on both Xbox One and PC.
