Jimmy Kimmel repeated as host of the 2018 Oscars, bringing plenty of jokes. His monologue took jabs at President Donald Trump, Harvey Weinstein, and last year’s EnvelopeGate.

The Oscars host addressed last year’s Best Picture gaffe right off the top.

“This year when you hear your name called, don’t get up right away. Give us a minute,” he said to a roar of laughs. “Last year, the producers asked me to do comedy with the accountants and I said no. So the accountants went ahead and they did comedy on their own.”

Kimmel also addressed the many sexual misconduct cases that have rocked the entertainment industry, notably those involving movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, who has been expelled from the Academy.

“Oscar is the most beloved and respected man in Hollywood,” Kimmel said as he walked over to a statue. “He keeps his hands where you can see them, never says a rude word, and most importantly, no penis at all. He is literally a statue of limitations.”

“Here’s how clueless Hollywood is about women. We made a movie called What Women Want and it starred Mel Gibson,” he joked.

Weinstein wasn’t Kimmel’s only high-profile target.

“None other than President Trump called Get Out the best first three-quarters of a movie this year,” Kimmel joked, referring to the Best Picture-nominated film where a black youth becomes the victim of a nefarious plan hatched by a white family.

Trump’s vice president also got roasted. “We don’t make films like Call Me By Your Name for money. We make them to upset Mike Pence.” Pence supported LGBTQ conversion therapy while governor. Call Me By Your Name is a gay coming-of-age tale.

Later in the show, Kimmel took another stab at the administration.

“If the last two years have taught us anything, it’s that reality can be depressing,” he read. “But tonight’s nominated documentaries show us where there is darkness, there is hope. Except at the White House, Hope [Hicks] quit on Wednesday.”

Jimmy Kimmel’s funniest line made fun of The Shape of Water, which leads this year’s nominations with 13 nods: “Thanks to Guillermo [del Toro], we will always remember this year as the year men screwed up so badly, women started dating fish.”

Another zinger came late in the show while introducing Sandra Bullock. “Our next presenter has been in dozens of big movies, including Speed, Gravity, and Crash,” Kimmel begun. “Which also happen to be the three main reasons never to get in a plane with Harrison Ford.”

He also used the gig to promote the March for Our Lives, protesting gun violence, on March 24. Watch his full monologue before:
