‘iZombie’ Has Some Tricks up Its Sleeve

The iZombie panel at Comic-Con this year didn’t want to disappoint the fans, and it didn’t. The CW’s resilient show amps up for its third season with a few surprises in tow. The biggest reveal was the return of Robert Knepper as the villainous Angus. There was speculation about whether the character was done for, but he’s been granted a three-episode arc when the show returns. After those three episodes, it may be wise to expect the worst for Blaine‘s Daddy. It does not look like he’ll be around much longer. What it does do is strengthen an already fun role and give the veteran character actor some ample scenery chewing opportunity.

Now that the show has proven itself a few things are happening as they push the envelope a little. For example, the addition to our leading lady’s repertoire. Though Liv has inherited some interesting traits along the way, this year is bringing some bondage to the mix. Yep, there will apparently be a dominatrix element this season.

Though there won’t be a musical episode this season there will definitely be a Law & Order episode.
