The new mobile game Ghostbusters World will encourage players to venture out into the real world to capture the totally real spirits that are running around all over the place. OK, so they’re not 100-percent real. But this augmented-reality game makes the act of ghost busting so real it will seem like your neighborhood is swarming with specters and apparitions.

The title will include over 150 bothersome phantoms to track down, battle, and trap – many of them familiar to fans of the series. Here are 10 of the ghosts we can’t wait to take on.

Slimer from Ghostbusters

1. Slimer

It just isn’t Ghostbusters without this instantly recognizable green spud. Slimer was the first ghost the ‘busters ever captured in their debut job at the Sedgewick Hotel. But he stuck around for the sequel and even became a sort of pet for the team in the The Real Ghostbusters animated series.

Fearsome Flush from Ghostbusters

2. Fearsome Flush

Nowhere is safe from the paranormal forces infesting our world — not even the room where we do most of our best thinking (and singing). The Fearsome Flush is a porcelain poltergeist that transforms one’s commode into an ectoplasm-spewing monster. These would be the most insidious and terrifying creatures imaginable … if only they decided to possess something that wasn’t typically bolted to the floor.

Stay Puft from Ghostbusters

3. Stay Puft Marshmallow Man

The marshmallow man who appears at the end of the original movie as this dimension’s “destructor form” of Gozer the Traveler has become so iconic that the series hasn’t been able to keep him away. He’s appeared in the comics, video game, and the animated series. And now you’ll be able to battle him yourself.

Boogaloo from Ghostbusters

4. Boogaloo

Boogaloo led an army of demons that ran rampant on Earth centuries ago. The Druids finally expelled the marauders by promising that humanity would honor them annually, and this is why we have Halloween. It isn’t typical that we find a solution to a problem plaguing the world by establishing a super-fun holiday, so we have to give the Boogaloo its booga-due here.

Librarian from Ghostbusters

5. Eleanor Twitty

You may not recognize her by this name, but she has several more recognizable aliases. Does “The Grey Lady” ring any bells? How about “The Library Ghost”? That’s right: Twitty was the first full-torso apparition that the Ghostbusters encountered in the original movie, but they ran away before they could catch her. Egon hadn’t even built the proton packs yet. They eventually grabbed her in the 2009 video game because closure is really important.

6. Mooglie

This basic white spirit usually serves as the ghost in the Ghostbusters’ logo. But it gained a little more personality in the animated series. It even gets some big-screen time in a 100-foot-tall version that terrifies the new squad in the 2016 remake. In fact, this character has technically been the only one to appear in every version of Ghostbusters. And now if you’re lucky enough, you may have a chance to bust him yourself.

Vinz and Zuul from Ghostbusters

7. Vinz Clortho and 8. Zuul

The two possessor spirits that herald the coming of Gozer the Traveler appear as horrifying, dog-like creatures. Their job is to inhabit two human bodies and perform the ritual that allows their boss to appear. Normally, we believe that all dogs are good and our friends. But we might make an exception for ones from other dimensional planes. Especially the ones that lead to a huge marshmallow mascot walking around and squishing everything.

Idulnas from Ghostbusters

9. Idulnas

This lesser-known third agent of Gozer appears in the IDW comics and has an important job after its master’s first, failed attempt to destroy our dimension. And that task was to find someone other than Ray Stantz to select a destructor form so that the Traveler would have a shot at showing up in a more effective form than a walking, stories-tall sugar person.

Vigo from Ghostbusters

10. Vigo the Carpathian

The Ghostbusters II villain was an evil sorcerer who bound his soul to a painting so that he could one day return to life. He feeds on negative emotions and can control minds. And he does all of that while living inside a canvas. If he weren’t so sadistic and crazy, we’d envy the amount he gets done.

Ghostbusters World is out now on iOS and Android.
