SPOILER ALERT: Warning, this article contains spoilers for Season 7, Episode Two of Game of Thrones, entitled Stormborn. Proceed at your own risk.

One of the most revealing (or not, as you’ll see) scenes from Game of Thrones was the long-awaited love scene between Grey Worm and Missandei.

Missandei visited Grey Worm in Dragonstone, ahead of his planned attack on Casterly Rock.

Grey Worm confessed his feelings for Missandei.

“I was never the biggest. I was never the strongest. But I was always the bravest before I met you,” the Unsullied warrior revealed, before admitting, “You are my weakness.”

Missandei then disrobed, and then began disrobing Grey Worm, who halted her as she reached for his trousers.

However, as an Unsullied, Grey Worm was castrated as a child, and did not possess genitalia. That did not stop him from pleasing Missandei in other ways.

The FANDOM community on Unsullied spiked during the episode, with many wondering if Unsullied are only castrated (their testicles removed), or have no genitals at all. However, producers cut away before a full frontal, so it remains unclear. At least as far as the TV show is concerned. In the novels, it’s made clear that the Unsullied have their entire package removed at the age of five.

Theon Greyjoy did have his penis cut off, and Varys is a confirmed eunuch.
