We have seen pictures. We have read the episode synopses. We have even watched the trailers. But what we haven’t yet seen is an actual clip from the four-way Arrowverse crossover. But the wait for fans is finally over. The CW has released a clip of Supergirl’s trip to the Arrowverse. Check out the sneak peek below!
Our Breakdown of the Clip
So what exactly did we see in this 40-second clip? In case you didn’t know, the big bad villain of this exciting four-way crossover is the Dominators, a lesser-known alien species. And what better way to fight aliens than with aliens?
And fortunately, the scarlet speedster met one in the previous season, the Maid of Might, better known as Supergirl. In this new clip, we saw just how she will be joining forces for this epic storyline.
As Supergirl will not merge with the other Arrowverse shows in terms of the worlds they are in, the clip showed us that she will join the team-up via a portal created by Cisco Ramon.
In the above image, take a closer look at Vibe’s wrists. He is wearing some sort of gauntlet, possibly to help him cross the multiverse to Supergirl’s Earth. Barry Allen joins him for the trip, so possibly his Speed Force abilities are required to cross over to Supergirl’s Earth.
Of course, Supergirl doesn’t quite look like your typical alien. To the Arrowverse heroes, their only glimpse of aliens so far have been the Dominators; tall, lanky frames, bright yellow skin, and long sharp teeth and nails. They clearly have a right to be skeptical of Supergirl’s abilities, but she gives them a mind-blowing display of her power. Or rather, her powers, as she shows them two of her plethora of abilities, (yes, one of them was her heat vision.)

- Flash on Tuesday, Nov 29
- Arrow on Wednesday, Nov 30
