Are you still gagging over Thursday’s season premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3? We already broke down the five biggest moments from episode one, but now it’s time to analyze the queens’ chances at victory.

Each week, FANDOM will rank the remaining contestants based on their performances and looks from the latest episode and the season overall. Let us know if you agree with our opinions, and may the best woman win!

10. Morgan McMichaels

Having seen Morgan perform live around Southern California, it was sad to see her go so early. We were hoping she’d be the Tatianna of this All Stars season, getting a chance to score all new fans who may not know here from Season 2. Alas, she felt free to share her strategy of kicking off the strongest competitor with the entire workroom and they didn’t like what they heard. BenDeLaCreme sent her packing, but with those creepy handmaids lurking behind her she may have another shot at the crown as the season unfolds.

9. Chi Chi DeVayne

Chi Chi, what happened, girl?? The Season 8 queen entered the All Stars workroom as a fan favorite and with more money and polish than her first time on the show, making her a heavy contender for the crown. But when her variety show act, consisting of flat hair and flat shoes, fell flat, we suddenly started to question if she was ready to compete with some of the biggest names in the Drag Race franchise. She barely survived the elimination, but hopefully the close call gave her the wake up she needed to get her head in the game. But for now, she’s at the bottom of the pack.

8. Kennedy Davenport

Kennedy is a head-to-toe professional with unbelievable dance moves in her arsenal. But, despite making it to fourth place on Season 7, she never quite clicked with viewers. Whatever it was that kept her from becoming a fan favorite may now cause her to fade into the background in a season full of such dynamic personalities. If there’s no dance challenge this season, will Kennedy be able to outshine the other queens in her fight for the crown?

7. Thorgy Thor

Thorgy brings looks, acting chops, musical talent, and personality to the game and seemed like she could have taken the crown in Season 8 if she wasn’t always in Bob the Drag Queen’s shadow. This time around there’s no Bob to distract her, but that didn’t stop her from mentioning the Season 8 winner several times throughout the course of the premiere. Unfortunately, Thorgy will be remembered more for her lingering bitterness in episode one — especially with her awkward, angry jokes during the reading challenge — than her amazing talents. Hopefully, she was able to shake off the past after landing in the top this episode and can really focus on the competition at hand.

6. Milk

Milk is the one to beat when it comes to serving the most creative looks among the All Stars 3 contestants, but her middle-of-the-pack showing in the main challenge was a reminder that it’s sometimes her performance skills that are lacking. The longer Milk stays, the more amazing costumes we’ll be blessed with, but she’s going to need to bring her A-game in all categories in order to last among this uber-talented crop of queens.

5. Aja

Aja is currently on track to be the biggest Rudemption storyline of the season. After a rough showing on her season, not to mention only waiting two months after the Season 9 finale to return to the workroom, many fans predicted she’d be the first All Stars queen to sashay away. Instead, she delivered one of the best variety show performances of the night and reminded us all why she deserves her spot in the competition. After such a strong first episode, is the Brooklyn queen just getting started, or did she show us all her tricks on episode one?

4. Bebe Zahara Benet

After surprising fans as the mystery 10th queen in the competition, Season 1 winner BeBe Zahara Benet immediately shook up the game. A seasoned pro who deserved her original crown, is Bebe risking her legacy by returning to the race? Does she have what it takes to compete with the newer fan-favorite queens on this season? It’s too early to tell, but based on her previous work we’re placing her near the front of the pack.

3. Shangela

If you can get past her box references and constant shouting of “Halleloo!” — and we understand that many viewers can’t — then you’re left with a pint-sized queen who packs a punch in the talent department. Shangela has always brought it in the performance and personality categories, but she’s now upgraded her makeup and wardrobe in the seven years since she last appeared on Drag Race. She’s a strategic competitor whose business savvy has given her a solid post-race career, so if she applies that to this season of All Stars then she’s got a solid shot at the crown.

2. Trixie Mattel

Trixie has been the frontrunner from the moment this season’s cast was announced. That’s largely in part to her massive success in her post-Drag Race career, which includes a well-received country album and her own Viceland TV show with former competitor Katya. Despite being a fan favorite, Trixie was unable to shine during Season 7, but she clearly has been able to showcase her talents enough since then to leave a lasting impression on All Stars.

1. BenDeLaCreme

Queens kept referencing that DeLa “disappeared” after her successful run on Season 6, but wherever she went, she clearly was busy becoming even stronger. Fans were outraged over her exit during her original time on the show, mostly because she’s well-rounded enough to have gone all the way. She wasn’t pulling any punches on the premiere, winning both the mini-challenge and the main challenge on the first episode. With such a strong start, she’s now the one to beat heading into the rest of the season.
