Character From Kojima Productions Logo Revealed

Kojima Productions has released art of the full body of the character represented in their logo. The character is named Ludens, and he seems to be some kind of futuristic settler. Clutching a flag bearing the Kojima Productions logo and wearing an “extra-vehicular activity (EVA) creative suit,” a profile view of the character was revealed in a tweet from Kojima earlier today:

“It’s not an image of the game which we are working on,” Kojima Productions producer Ken-ichiro Imaizumi said. This doesn’t mean, however that Luden isn’t a character from the team’s upcoming project for PS4 and PC, the likes of which you can read about here:

UPDATE: Kojima Details New Project in Interview

What is this EVA creative suit? Why do Kojima and company find it necessary to both create and reveal a full-bodied rendition of a character from their logo? Only time will tell, we suppose.
