Rounding out the second day of the pre-E3 press conferences is Bethesda, who unfortunately had most of its announcements spoiled earlier today. Despite that, the Bethesda E3 press conference still managed to delight and entertain, with big AAA reveals and a cheeky slice of virtual reality.

Here are the four biggest announcements from the Bethesda E3 press conference:

BJ is back in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

After a few leaks and rumours, Bethesda has officially announced its big AAA title for 2017 and it’s Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Series hero B.J Blazkowicz and the game looks bigger and bloodier than ever. The game sees America overrun by Nazi in an alternative future that really reminds us of Amazon’s The Man in the High Castle TV series.

Evil Within 2 is coming to scare you silly

Bethesda is ticking all the creepy boxes with its announcement of The Evil Within 2. Protagonist Sebastian is clearly still losing his mind, there’s a child singing an eerie version of a pop song and it’s coming out on Friday, October 13. Creep faction +10. There’s not much info about the game as yet, but with 2014’s Evil Within being such a smash hit, no doubt a lot of people will be excited for this one.

Doom and Fallout are both going VR crazy

Bethesda is going a little crazy on virtual reality this year, with two of its major AAA titles heading to virtual reality headsets near you very soon. Yes, that’s right, both Doom and Fallout 4 are getting VR ports. Fallout 4 VR was announced last year at the Bethesda press conference, but Doom VR – or as it’s officially known Doom VFR, and you know what the ‘f’ stands for – is brand new for this E3.

Doom VFR will get you uncomfortably up close and personal with the demons themselves. It’s a special VR edition of the game, but watch the trailer above and you’ll see how intense the experience is going to be.

Skyrim on Switch is getting some special features

Everyone’s very excited about the huge RPG Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim coming to the Nintendo Switch later this year, and now Bethesda’s just sweetened the deal. Not only is one of the biggest RPGs coming to the Switch, you get to feel like a badass using the Joy-Cons as a sword and shield or a bow and arrow a la Zelda: The Twilight Princess on Wii in this special version. Plus, tap in a Link amiibo and you can play as Link in your Tamriel adventure.
