Wow! To anyone who’s played the Arkham Asylum series, the opening fight sequence in the final Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer should look REALLY familiar. Take a look!

That all-out freeflow brawl is classic Arkham! The whole trailer is very Batman-centric, which is a good plan if you want to sell tickets to a movie. Batman puts behinds in seats. Also, and this should be no surprise to anyone, the film keeps looking darker and darker. And I don’t mean grim and violent, I mean literally dark. An online trailer just won’t do justice to the look of this film — compression just takes all the detail out of the shadows. It demands to be seen on the big screen! Luckily, there’s IMAX for that.

I also like that we’re seeing some of Lois and Clark’s domestic bliss. It’s going to help humanize them in a big way. It’s a relationship audiences are going to have to really believe in if the franchise is going to stay strong. Another good sign — the more Wonder Woman we see, the better she gets.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens on March 25.
