Along with the leaked documents that revealed Nintendo Switch save transfer support could be en route, there came a series of hand-drawn sketches that may well melt your heart. This stunning Nintendo Switch concept art series was drawn up in the early days of Switch development, back when it was still called the Nintendo NX.

None of the ideas outlined in the sketches reveal any hidden console features, but they were used to show just how the Switch would be used in busy households by children, parents and working types.

They’re all done in this awesomely soothing blue too, which just adds to how awesome they are. It could well be that they were done by Ko Takeuchi, who you should 100% follow on Twitter because everything his does is utterly adorable.

Check out a selection of the adorable Switch concept art below, with the full range available via Imgur.

Of course, the Switch has been proving very successful with Nintendo gamers and the wider consumer audience, with the console consistently flying off shelves.

That’s also boosted by a selection of strong titles, including the FANDOM 5-star Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, brilliant remaster Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and fighting games Arms.
