While many anime studios have released their fall shows last October, some studios have left us a few treats to enjoy during the 11th month of the year. From, teenage romance to sexy vampires, here are five anime shows you need to watch this November.

Dance with Devils: Fortuna

The Twilight Saga and Supernatural have reawakened our fascination with vampires and the supernatural. However, for Ritsuka Tachibana it’s more of a nightmare as her normal life takes a bloody twist when she discovers that her handsome schoolmates are demons of the night. Dance with Devils: Fortuna will take place where the season left off, with the return of Lord Maksis.

Haikara-san ga Tooru Movie 1: Benio, Hana no 17-sai

Taking place in the Taishō era (1912-1926), this historical anime follows Benio Hanamura, who has been raised as a tomboy, the exact opposite of femininity during that time. Viewers will get a sneak peek at Benio and her friends – who also don’t follow the typical gender roles of that era – in their daily lives as modern women and men in an age where tradition and societal norms are held high.

Armed Girl’s Machiavellianism OVA

Last April, the official website for Armed Girl’s Machiavellianism released a promotional video for its original video anime (OVA). And while an official synopsis hasn’t been announced yet, it will undoubtedly follow Nomura and Onigawara, as one tries to escape the clutches of the other.

From the studio that brought us Magi: Adventure of Sinbad comes the romance anime, We Have Always Been 10 cm Apart. The six-episode special is the latest installment in HoneyWorks’ “Confession Executive Committee Love Series” project.

HoneyWorks is a group consisting of composers, musicians, and illustration artists, whose songs are adapted into light novels, collectively known as Confession Executive Committee Love Series. Hizukuri

After meeting their crowdfunding goal late last year, the short anime movie is set to premiere this November. The 10-minute animation, tells the story of a young boy who finds a broken pair of scissors in his father’s belongings after he passed away. He quickly figures out who made them and goes on a journey to find the artisan to get them fixed.
